Return Policy



If you wish to exchange or return one or more products, you have 14 days after receiving the order to do so. To initiate this process, you should contact us at, specifying the order number and the description or reference of the product you wish to return or exchange.

We only accept exchanges and returns of products that are intact, sealed, without signs of use, and in their original packaging.

The refund will be the same amount charged on the invoice, excluding shipping costs, and will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The same payment method used at the time of purchase will be used for the refund.

The shipping costs associated with the return or exchange are on behalf of the customer, except in cases of incorrectly shipped or defective products. If this is the case, you have 24 hours to send an email to with photographs and as much information as possible about the situation or defects found. If we assume responsibility, we will proceed with the replacement of the product or refund the amount. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, with proper packaging and in perfect condition.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected at the post office, the customer will have to bear the cost of postage for a new shipment. If the customer does not wish to bear this cost and opts for a return, the value of the products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

If you wish to make an exchange, you must first return the product, after which you will receive a refund and can then make a new purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products whose expiration date is equal to or less than one month, nor personalized products, made to customer specifications or made to order, as established in Article 103 of the Portuguese Law number 3/2014, of March 27, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

If the product you wish to return or exchange was purchased through a promotion or another item was offered additionally, both must be returned. In the case of product sets (packs), returns are only accepted if all components of the set are also returned. You may cancel your order within a maximum of 24 hours via email with reference to the order number, except if it has already been processed or shipped. Cancellation is only confirmed after positive communication from us. We reserve the right not to accept cancellation of orders if they are already being processed. If the order is in the initial confirmation stage, it is possible to cancel the order and recover your money. Personalized orders or those made to order cannot be canceled.
