What ingredients are used in your handmade soaps?

In the production of all our Handmade Soaps we use our secret recipe, which was formulated by us with the best oils and butters. The base ingredients we use are: Olive Oil, Cocoa and Shea Butters, Coconut and Castor Oils, White Clay, Mica and Essential Oils/Fragrances.

How long does it take to ship an order and how long does it take to arrive?

Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment and are sent by CTT Registered Mail. The order is delivered within 2 to 3 business days of shipment, for mainland Portugal, and between 4 to 5 business days for the Portuguese islands.

Can your soaps be used on sensitive skin?

All our soaps can be used on any skin type, including sensitive skin. We always recommend checking the ingredients list to avoid any allergies, and always doing a small skin test before use.

I put the wrong shipping address, what now?

As soon as you notice the error, please contact us as soon as possible at letitsoap.shop@gmail.com. If the order remains on our side, we will proceed with the address change. If the order has already been shipped, the order will be returned to us and the cost of the re-shipment will be supported by the customer.

How long do soaps last after the first use?

The duration of soap depends on many factors, including how often it is used and how many people use it. A soap that you use for washing your face and hands will always have a longer lifespan than soap used in the shower. It is important to let the soap dry between uses, and not leave it in a wet and humid environment. It is ideal to let it dry standing up in a soap dish that helps drain the water. Cutting the bar of soap in half and using only one half also helps. With all these precautions, soap can last for about 2 months for hands and face and about 1 month in the shower.
